1:1 Coaching for Parents
You don't have to figure this out alone.
When your child is struggling, and you can't quite name why, it's easy to feel stuck between a hundred strategies and no real answers.
1:1 coaching gives you a clear, personalized path forward: one that looks at your whole child, not just their behavior.
You'll move past generic strategies and discover the specific support that fits your child; whether it's regulating their nervous system, understanding their personality, gifts, and emotional world, or seeing how they learn best as a student.
Together, we'll find the root cause of what you're seeing, and focus your energy there.
You'll show up exactly where your child has been struggling to be met, turning their hardest moments into the moments you're most equipped to handle.
Because your child's behavior isn't the problem, it's the message.

You don't just get answers.

You'll learn my proven H.O.M.E. Method, so you can read what your child needs long after our work together ends:
H - Hear the Message: Understand the unspoken need behind your child's behavior.
O - Observe the Gap: See where your child needs emotional, sensory or learning support.
M - Match the Support: Give your child what they truly need, not a generic strategy.
E - Empower Connection: Deepen your bond, and trust yourself as a parent.

FAQS
What is your approach to coaching?
My work is holistic and child-centered. Every child has a unique profile across sensory, social-emotional, and learning needs, so instead of one-size-fits-all strategies, we focus on wherever your child is actually struggling or getting stuck, and match that with support that really works.
Is this only about sensory or nervous system support?
No. While regulation is an important foundation, it's only one part of the work. Some children need more support emotionally or socially. Others are struggling because learning expectations or environments aren't aligned with their needs. Often, challenges overlap across all three areas.
Sessions focus on what your child needs right now, and evolve as your child grows.
Who is this coaching for?
This work supports parents of both neurotypical and neurodivergent children, including autistic children and children with challenging behaviors, ADHD, sensory differences, or unique learning profiles. Families come to this work when:
-
Something isn't working, even if they can't quite name it
-
Their child is struggling emotionally, socially, or with expectations
-
They want to support their child's growth, confidence, and well-being in a more aligned way
A diagnosis is not required to begin this work.
How does this approach support neurodivergent children?
By meeting your child where they are, coaching can:
-
Adjust expectations to be developmentally and neurologically appropriate
-
Support communication and emotional expression in ways that fit your child
-
Reduce stress without relying on compliance-based or behavior-only tools
The goal is never to change your child — it's to support their nervous system, strengths, and capacity to thrive.
What happens on a clarity call?
A clarity call is a short, no-pressure conversation, usually 20-30 minutes. We'll talk about what's going on with your child, what you've already tried, and what kind of support might actually help.
You'll leave with more clarity, whether or not we end up working together.
