My work with Yoga for Recovery comes from personal experience with Al Anon, a 12 Step Program for family members of people struggling with addiction. I've seen how Kundalini Yoga has accelerated and supported my own transformation.  I'm passionate about sharing these practices. You can experience sobriety as empowered mindfulness, self acceptance and joy.

As a Special Educator, I've witnessed how much yoga helps children with developmental delays find greater cognitive function, sensory integration and social awareness. I'm excited to offer a holistic intervention that makes such a significant impact on young people's lives.
