Kundalini Yoga Sundays 9:30-11:00 AM  (Online)

Whether you are a parent of a child with special needs, a provider or find yourself caregiving in your daily life, this class is for you.  Kundalini practice includes movement, relaxation and meditation; all the tools you need to feel taken care of. All you need is a quiet space to move where you won't be interrupted. Payment by donation. You will need to sign the liability waiver before you take class for the first time.
